There is a dedicated duty doctor and nurse available every day to attend to acutely sick patients that are enrolled with us. These appointments are for emergencies only. Please phone Reception or a nurse.
For medical advice after hours you will be redirected to a triage service and answered by a qualified nurse. The nurse will discuss treatment options and point you in the right direction for the care you need.
In a life threatening emergency it is still best to phone for an ambulance on 111
With a staff of over 40, there are 12 GPs plus a team of 12 experienced Nurses and 4 Health Care Assistants to look after your clinical needs.
The whole Practice is supported by 3 Management and 10 Receptionists/Administrators that keep the process working smoothly, looking after your appointments and all your documentation.
And not to be forgotten is Cryptic, our Clinic dog, who visits us from time to time!
