Appointments

Appointments can be an ‘in person’ consultation or a phone consultation. The costs are the same and the usual length of both types of appointment is 15 minutes.

For a phone consultation, the doctor will phone you at the agreed time.  If the doctor requests to see you in person on the same day as a phone consultation, you will not be charged twice.

Please do not come in to the building if you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms. Phone Reception who will make necessary arrangements.

Book an appointment via Reception on 07 5490 411

Our receptionists are on duty from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm (Mon – Fri) to make your appointments. Weekend appointments are for emergencies only and can only be booked on the day.

When you phone, it helps if you tell us which Doctor you are registered under and a general description of what you need the appointment for (e.g. maternity, check up, insurance medical, sore throat). This allows us to schedule longer appointments if required.
Longer appointments and some procedures that use additional materials will incur additional charges. Please ask for an estimate.
